I stayed for two nights, and I loved being just a short walk from the beautiful Old Town Hastings. The delicious breakfast was the perfect start to my mornings.

I had an amazing stay! The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon were heavenly. The room was spacious with a stunning sea view, just like in the photos!

The friendly hosts made me feel welcome upon arrival, and the room was thoughtfully decorated with a comfy bed. the lack of an elevator could be problematic for those with mobility challenges. Breakfast was a delightful experience with a wide array of delicious options available.

house was simply fantastic! the superior king room with sea view was spacious and beautifully decorated. the breakfast was superb, with a made-to-order feast. it’s just a short walk from the beach. the owners, iain and belinda, were super friendly and accommodating, which made the stay even better!

Stunning views and exceptional service

My stay was wonderful with a spacious Deluxe King Room that offered breathtaking sea views. Ian and Beverley were incredible hosts, ensuring my comfort throughout my visit, and the breakfast was a highlight with locally sourced ingredients and plenty of options. The only suggestion I have is for the bathroom shower tiles to receive a bit more attention for cleanliness, but overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Had an awesome stay in a deluxe king room with a super cozy bed and a fantastic open walk-in shower. The sun terrace was perfect for soaking up the sun while enjoying a drink, and the beach access was just a step away for quick dips. Just a heads up, parking can be a bit tricky, but definitely worth the hassle! ☀️

I stayed in the Small Double Room 2 & 4 and it was super comfy. The shower was great, and having bathrobes in the room was a nice surprise since I forgot mine. The decor was stylish, which made the space feel cozy. I wished there was a bit more drawer space for my stuff. it was really clean and well maintained, so that made up for the minor issues.

The sea view room was beautifully decorated and spacious. Breakfast was made to order and absolutely delicious. Parking was convenient, with free options available. The owners were friendly and helpful. a fantastic experience.

Had a great time with friends! We stayed in a Small Double and enjoyed the nearby Hastings Pier for evening strolls. The new guest area had a wide-screen TV and DVDs, and Amanda made delicious breakfast. Don't miss the golf club if you're into it!

Our stay started off rocky with a rude confrontation from the hostess about noise, even after we assured her no one was staying over. It made us feel unwelcome.

Just spent a night with 2 friends before our big exam. The hosts were super friendly, and the rooms were really pretty. Loved the beach stroll too! Breakfast was a treat, but a bit more variety would’ve been nice. a cozy spot with thoughtfulness everywhere.
